This moment takes me back to the worst night of sleep I had in my entire life. We went kayaking in the national park ‘Biesbosch’, but I forgot to put my mattress in the boat before we left. It was so cold and after struggling all night, I couldn’t take it anymore. I got up, put on all the clothes I had and went to climb the embankment I saw the day before. It was challenging in the darkness, but as I reached the end the sun started to reach over the horizon.
