While in Japan my sister and I went to a coffee shop of a man who had owned it for 30 years and worked in it before then…his passion for making a great drip cup of coffee and for roasting his own beans was inspiring and such a delight to see. He let us come back when he was roasting again to take photos of it in action. This is Mr N. This is one of my favourite shots.
