I am from Canada. As I wandered like a stray dog down the streets of a city I’ve never experienced before, Chicago, on my first day, I came upon this cafe/bar/restaurant. I decided to walk in, why not right? Might I say, one of the best experiences I have ever had. Able to grab a quick drink and warm, giant hand-made pretzel before heading back out into the spitting rain, couldn’t have asked for a better welcoming to Chicago than that. Chicago made me feel at home.
