This is an official copy of my grandmother’s birth certificate. Elizabeth Stocker Rowell, born on September 8, 1917. Her parents were Alice M. Rowell (nee Stocker), and Ralph R. Rowell. My grandmother was 19 years old when she got this copy, as dated by the clerk, Feb 6, 1937. She most likely needed this for employment.
