I took these photos in one of the Jewish areas in Jerusalem. It had been wiped out by the extermination program of the Arab armies in 1948, but in 1967, the State of Israel achieved victory over this area. The apartheid checkpoints installed by the Arab armies were dismantled. After decades, a Jewish presence was established again.
