I was facilitating my last leadership programme of 2018 at Beaverbrook House, an old country house, near Esher, UK. It was formerly owned by Lord Beaverbrook who was a very close friend of Sir Winston Churchill, who often stayed at the house. It is now a luxury hotel and you can stay in the Churchill Bedroom! In the bar, I spotted a wonderful bowl of fruit, that would later be used to add a slice to various drinks. The lighting was great, giving a lovely contrast to the vibrancy of the colours of the fruits.
