Snow Mountain Creamery, located in Xining China, is one of the only coffee shops to roast, grind and brew their own coffee. A locale roaster pops in once every other week to replenish Snow Mountain’s stock. The process is mesmerizing, as he carefully heats, extracts, tastes and analyzes each small batch of beans.
